Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacements
* Conduct emergency lighting tests
* Work on control panels and changing ballast
* Monitor BMS systems and perform M&E/Fabric maintenance
* Maintain and update log books
* Perform plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets
* Work on pumps and motors
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Use CAFM systems, including elogs and Webquote

Requirements:

* Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-skilled with good communication skills
* In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and systems
* Previous experience as a Building Services Engineer
* Ability to work unsupervised to a high quality
* Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
