About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage nuclear projects at various stages of the project lifecycle. As a Project Manager, you will be accountable to the client for successful delivery of all aspects of their assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project execution strategies in agreement with the client's Project Planning and Management (PPM) framework.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects safely, in line with company policies and procedures, and achieving established goals and objectives within the agreed baseline.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
  • Prepare and present project reports, business cases, and sanction/funding papers.

Requirements

  • APMP formal project management qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ideally across a range of complex multi-discipline projects and environments.
  • Strong understanding of safety cases, including development and implementation, relevant health and safety and environment legislation, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships and maintain effective networks.
  • Results-focused with a team-centred approach.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience of working at power stations and nuclear licensed sites.
