Senior IT Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Technician to join our team at Coaction Recruitment Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a well-established organisation with a strong customer base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our client's IT infrastructure. This will involve working on a variety of different technologies across the infrastructure, including Microsoft based operating systems and Active Directory.

As a Senior IT Technician, you will be split between service desk and project work, and will be based across a few sites within Barrow. A driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.

We are looking for someone with at least a year's experience in a similar support position, and who is proficient in MS365. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for IT infrastructure
  • Work on a variety of different technologies across the infrastructure
  • Split between service desk and project work
  • Based across a few sites within Barrow
  • Essential skills: Microsoft based operating systems, Active Directory, MS365
