Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Part Time Supervisor to join our team at the Birmingham Bullring Accessorize store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Manage and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and window displays to drive sales and attract customers.
  • Support the management team in achieving commercial objectives, including sales growth and profit targets.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive working environment, promoting equality and kindness among team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or key holding role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and window display principles, with the ability to implement effective displays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
