Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets through the sale of residential properties.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored services to meet their needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales Progression: Progress sales to completion, liaising with solicitors as necessary, and keeping all parties informed.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a network of internal and external contacts.
- Team Standards: Maintain team standards according to company policy and external regulations.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 basic salary
- Car Allowance: A generous car allowance
- Commission: Earn commission on sales
- OTE: £50,000 OTE
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
