Position Overview:
Title: Electronic Field Monitoring Officer
Type: Full-Time
Shift Pattern: 7 days a week, 24 hours availability required. Core hours typically range from 9 AM to 2 AM, with most shifts occurring from 4 PM to 2 AM.

Compensation:
Daytime Rate: £11.56 per hour
Evening Rate: £12.92 per hour
Overtime: Paid for hours exceeding 37.5 per week. Standard rates apply for weekdays, with enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays.

Your Responsibilities:
As an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Installing and removing electronic monitoring devices in residences.
- Visiting clients to set up and calibrate monitoring equipment, ensuring compliance with monitoring boundaries.
- Maintaining and servicing electronic monitoring devices.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective operations and communication.
- Providing exceptional customer service to individuals under monitoring.

Qualifications:
- Valid UK Driving License (manual, not automatic) with a maximum of 9 points.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the UK; a company vehicle and fuel card will be provided.
- No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- BPSS clearance required, with a complete 3-year work history.
- Basic DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
