About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier firm's wealth planning practice as a Tax, Trusts & Succession Associate. The firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE or CILEX experience who has a strong interest and expertise in tax and trusts work.

The firm is a pioneer in creating private wealth for high net worth clients and has a global reach. They offer a wide range of banking and finance services, including ethical and sustainable investment, FinTech, insurance, and re-insurance, as well as secured lending. The private client team acts for some of the world's wealthiest families and individuals with substantial assets across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forming part of the firm's wider wealth planning practice, you will work on complex succession planning and wealth protection arrangements for clients with diverse assets.
  • You will have the chance to enhance your technical abilities and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced private client lawyers who foster an inclusive working environment.
  • You will be involved in technically challenging work, including the creation and handling of inter-generational wealth structures, trust reorganisations, and tax-efficient strategies to preserve wealth.
