PPC Executive for Lifestyle Brands

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPC Executive to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a PPC Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in setting up campaigns from the ground up, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign activation
- Take ownership of paid media account optimisations and testing
- Collaborate with the wider digital marketing team to achieve specific ROI objectives for each client
- Monitor budgets and performance across multiple client accounts
- Support in collating activity and performance reports for internal and client stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, calls, and meetings
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with Google Ads
- Highly proficient in Google Ads with proven experience managing PPC campaigns
- Experience using Google Ads Editor to build and optimize campaigns
- Experience using Microsoft Ads is beneficial but not essential
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how paid media fits into a wider marketing strategy
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy agency environment
- Excellent writing, proofreading skills, and attention to detail
- Office/WFH split with 3 days at home if desired
- 23 days holiday plus an additional day off on your birthday
