About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join our team at DGH Recruitment. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and technical ownership of all practice management systems, their SQL environment, and related customisations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Ensure that all practice management systems are meeting business needs by managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Escalated Support: Manage escalated 2nd & 3rd line support calls and provide timely resolutions to technical issues.
  • System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with teams to analyse, develop, test, and implement changes.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation relating to systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide and share knowledge with other team members and stakeholders, including finance and those using the systems.

Technical Requirements:

  • Aderant Components: Expert Classic (inc Generic Importer/Scheduler, Alerts, Docudraft, Reports)
  • Microsoft SQL Server and related products: SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
  • Microsoft Windows Servers:
  • Finance Systems: Chrome River, Iridium Pre Bill, Arcs & E Billing Hub
  • Database Structures: Understanding of database structures, reporting tools, principles, and practices
  • Finance Processes: Knowledge and understanding of finance processes and accounting rules
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and numeracy skills
