Marketing Coordinator Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join a market-leading company in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the eCommerce Trading Manager in implementing the digital marketing strategy for Emails, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial focus.
  2. Manage the build, testing, scheduling, and deployment of all email marketing campaigns, utilizing tools such as Mailchimp and Mapp.
  3. Liaise with the Digital Design team to create and develop content in line with the brand guide, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  4. Assist with the planning and execution of the digital marketing calendar, ensuring timely and engaging content.
  5. Report on weekly and monthly digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future opportunities and learnings.
  6. Respond to customer queries online across all social channels, collaborating with the Customer Service team to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, specifically in the fashion industry, with expertise in Instagram, Facebook, and Email marketing.
  2. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp/Mapp.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a systematic approach to testing functionality and performance.
