Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our SPN Investment Delivery team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects or a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring construction assurance, producing delivery plans, managing commercial arrangements with contractors, providing monthly reports, managing the portfolio of projects delivery risks, contributing to the regulatory reporting requirements, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring high levels of customer service and safety.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects or a portfolio of projects from inception to completion
- Ensure construction assurance and produce delivery plans
- Manage commercial arrangements with contractors and provide monthly reports
- Manage the portfolio of projects delivery risks and contribute to regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure high levels of customer service and safety
Requirements:
- Experience managing construction or engineering projects of values in the region of £10m plus
- Degree in a construction or engineering related subject or equivalent experience
- Excellent understanding of construction management best practice
