Jewson is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support a team of professionals in a Builders Merchant business. The ideal candidate will have supervisory or leadership experience managing a team of up to 20 in a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the team.
