About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the design, build, and maintenance of applications using React in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and support
  • Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of applications using React
  • Work within an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Write clean, maintainable code and engage in code reviews
  • Proactively propose new solutions based on industry knowledge and trends

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a technical leadership role, managing or leading software developers
  • Solid commercial experience using React within a front-end/full-stack role
  • Strong collaborative communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of C# or Golang is beneficial, as is experience with micro frontend architectures or cloud infrastructures
  • Previously worked in agile environments and have a strong understanding of software development principles
