About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team at Pro-Tax Recruitment. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Tax Advisory Reports: Develop and present comprehensive tax advisory reports covering a wide range of tax-specific topics.
  • Calculate IHT Computations: Calculate inheritance tax computations and assist with EIS/SEIS applications.
  • Lead Share Restructuring Projects: Lead share restructuring projects and implement share schemes.
  • Develop Client Exit Strategies: Develop client exit strategies and identify tax planning opportunities.
  • Communicate with Clients: Communicate with clients on technical tax matters and represent them in dealings with HMRC.
  • Manage HMRC Enquiries: Manage HMRC enquiries into personal and corporate tax returns.
  • Support Junior Team Members: Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Tax Manager who is a CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified individual. You will have a strong background in tax advisory and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
