Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dev Team Lead to join our technology department. As a Dev Team Lead, you will be responsible for building, testing, and shipping high-quality software products in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software developers in the development of cloud-based software products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and implement software development best practices and processes
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and leadership
  • Strong technical skills in C#,.NET Core, Microservices, TypeScript, React, and Azure Cloud
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
