Job Opportunity: Assistant Development Manager

We are excited to be working with a leading residential-led developer to find an experienced Assistant Development Manager to support their development team in the London and Northern Home Counties region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of planning and development, with experience in appraising potential development sites, managing pre-apps and planning applications, and undertaking due diligence and feasibility studies.

As an Assistant Development Manager, you will work closely with the development team to identify and evaluate development opportunities, and support the management of schemes from 100 to 1000 units. You will also attend meetings and represent the company and clients at planning committee and consultation events.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Development or Town Planning degree (ideally RTPI or RICS accredited) and experience in a consultancy, developer, or housing association. You will also need to be highly numerate and have excellent communication and project management skills.
