**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Betting Office Trainee Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the shop, marketing our products and services, and supervising staff to ensure the smooth running of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in the preparation of the shop, including setting up displays and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers

• Market our products and services to the highest possible standards, including promoting special offers and events

• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience for customers

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, including betting rules and regulations

• Work flexibly to cover opening hours, including evenings and Sundays

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

• Aged 18 or over

• Well-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in sports and betting (full training provided)

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and Sundays

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues

• Basic knowledge of betting rules and regulations (full training provided)

**What We Offer**

• Competitive hourly rate of £11.68 per hour

• Extra 20p per hour responsibility allowance when qualified and responsible for the shop
