Key Responsibilities:

In your role as an End Point Assessor, you will conduct high-quality assessments with integrity, approachability, and resourcefulness.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, where you will report to an End Point Assessor Manager. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with apprentices and their employers to plan, execute, and evaluate End Point Assessments. You will utilize your expertise to make impartial assessment decisions based on established grading criteria, while also managing administrative tasks and keeping your industry knowledge current.

Who You Are:

You bring extensive professional experience in Hospitality, having held supervisory or managerial roles. You are adept at engaging with a diverse range of learners, demonstrating empathy and effectiveness in your interactions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You are comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team member. Your time management and organizational skills are exceptional.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Front of House roles, ideally within hotels, encompassing various skills such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Reception, Food and Beverage, Management, Supervisory, and Events. Experience in Back of House kitchen operations is a plus.
  • A demonstrated passion for the Hospitality industry.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other IT systems (training will be provided for epaPRO).
