We are seeking a skilled Sheetmetal Fabricator to join our team and contribute to the production and development of engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to assist in the fabrication, assembly, and testing of ventilation system components.

• Develop and implement fabrication processes to meet project requirements
• Operate workshop tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute tasks accurately
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members on project design and development
• Maintain workshop organization, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures, and promote a safe working environment
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving on mechanical and technical issues

• Previous experience in a sheet metal workshop or similar environment
• Hands-on experience with relevant machinery, tools, and equipment (e.g. welding, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant certifications in machinery operation, welding, or health and safety are a plus
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks and work in a demanding environment
