Job Summary
Ethero Careers is seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for driving internal and external quality issues, ensuring quality audits are conducted, and supporting production procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with internal and external quality issues, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitoring and implementing quality alerts, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Conducting quality audits on products, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Supporting the Senior Quality Engineer in Global 8D reporting, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of quality procedures, ensuring alignment with IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards.
Requirements
- Educated to a minimum of ONC in quality control techniques, with a strong understanding of quality principles and practices.
- Proven experience in first-tier automotive, with a working knowledge of FMEA's and control plans.
- Understanding of IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality standards, with experience in process and product audits.
- Metrology experience, with a strong understanding of measurement principles and techniques.
