Marketing Coordinator Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator at Great Places Housing Group, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our marketing, sales, and corporate objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating the creation of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures and sales assets, and working closely with the Marketing and Brand Manager and Sales Manager to provide marketing administration support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials and campaigns for new-build developments and shared ownership schemes.
  • Assist with the effective promotion and marketing of new homes and developments for sale and rent, across a range of tenures.
  • Provide marketing administration support to the Marketing and Brand Manager and Sales Manager, including coordinating events and managing relationships with external agencies and partners.
  • Ensure that developments and homes on the Plumlife website and partner sites are up to date, accurate, appealing, and regularly refreshed.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures and sales assets.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience of working in a fast-paced coordination or administration role, ideally with some marketing experience.
  • Highly developed attention to detail and ability to coordinate and produce high-quality marketing assets and materials.
  • Great communication skills, and ability to evidence experience and commitment to building and managing relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Previous experience in marketing of new homes and/or shared ownership would be desirable.
