We are recruiting a skilled Welder / Fitter / Fabricator to join our team at an engineering company based in Shepshed, Loughborough.

Job Details
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30am - 16:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break
  • Pay: £12 - £16 per hour (temp to perm)

Requirements
  • Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Experienced in MIG welding
  • Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish
  • Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment
  • Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business
  • Positive can-do attitude
