Turner Lovell is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead our electrical design and build projects in North Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all site-related activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement site establishment schedules, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop construction programs, short-term look-ahead planning reports, and equipment and materials schedules.
- Ensure all on-site personnel hold the relevant competencies for their tasks and maintain a detailed site diary.
- Manage sub-contractor supervision, labor allocation, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Implement and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Policy and conducting regular audits.
- Plan and coordinate delivery of materials and plant, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the commissioning engineer to ensure all systems are tested, demonstrated, and handed over.
- Recognized Electrical apprenticeship or trade certification, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of site management experience.
- Experience in managing electrical design and build projects in excess of €5 million.
- Strong computer abilities, with proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PICW Level A certification and professional acumen, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
