About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team at Places for People. As a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining domestic heating systems, including boiler installations and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new boilers in line with manufacturer's instructions and current regulations
  • Identify and record any defects found, reporting parts/work required
  • Follow van stock and material ordering procedures
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Relevant technical gas qualification to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualification)
  • ACS accreditation in CCN1, CEN1, CPA1, CKR1, and HTR1
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation
  • Basic DBS check
  • Driving license
