Senior Recruitment Consultant - Construction & Property

We are a specialist recruiter within the Construction and Property industry, partnering with market leading contractors to provide a true quality focused service for our clients and candidates.

Our team has worked hard to secure new clients and retain existing ones, resulting in our presence on a number of Tier 1 Contractor PSLs. We pride ourselves on delivering on our promises, which has earned us our success over the years and will continue to drive our success in the future.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our successful team, working within our specialist Construction recruitment team. You will be responsible for account managing an end-to-end recruitment service, ensuring quality and customer service is paramount, while delivering against our client KPIs and maintaining a smooth, efficient, and profitable desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates within the Construction and Property industry
  • Deliver a high-quality recruitment service, ensuring client satisfaction and candidate engagement
  • Meet and exceed client KPIs, including fill rates and time-to-hire
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Construction recruitment, preferably within a specialist recruitment agency
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment services and meeting client KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of the Construction and Property industry
