We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Health Physician to join our team at OH Talent Solutions. As an Occupational Health Physician, you will play a key role in providing high-quality clinical services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake a range of services including weekly clinics providing Complex Case Management, Sickness Absence Management, Health Surveillance, Ill-Health Retirement, Safety Critical Work Medicals, and Pre-Employment Assessments.
- Report directly to the Medical Director and contribute to shaping the service provision for the future.
- Improve quality and safety standards, delivery of targets, and service modernisation.
- Act as a consultant and advise, support, and develop clinical staff to enhance service delivery to clients.
- A valid GMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
- Ideal qualifications include FFOM, MFOM, or AFOM, however, DOccMed can also be considered.
- Able to work as an independent and autonomous Occupational Health Physician.
- A good team player with effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and motivated person who endeavours all types of challenges.
- A valid Full UK driving licence (desired but not essential).
- Salary £110,000 - £125,000 per annum.
- Mileage allowance.
