Join CRS in shaping the future of Buy-to-Let lending. We're seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our team, responsible for assessing new lending applications for risk and quality across the Buy-to-Let product set. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed underwriting notes, approving and rejecting applications in line with policy, and recommending to the Head of Underwriting where mandate levels are exceeded. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will work closely with a small team to leverage capability and knowledge, helping to develop and improve our BTL strategy. If you have a proven critical analysis of information pertaining to the financial standing of prospective borrowers, and can underwrite manually according to the Bank's credit policy, we want to hear from you. Key skills and qualifications include 3 years' experience underwriting simple and complex BTL products, with a strong understanding of portfolio landlords, HMO and MUB properties, limited company and LLP entities. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

* 3 years' experience underwriting simple and complex BTL products
