About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Oldbury, a state-of-the-art PICU & Acute hospital for women in the West Midlands.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and compassionate RMN to provide outstanding care to our service users. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans, and contributing to the overall success of our service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments, develop and implement individual care plans, and monitor progress
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and improve services, ensuring high standards of care and quality
  • Administer medications safely and effectively, in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
