About the Role:

Lambert Smith Hampton is a leading commercial real estate consultancy with a network of offices across the UK and Ireland. We are currently seeking a Valuation Surveyor to join our Nottingham office, where you will be part of a dynamic team providing expert valuation services to clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation, and taxation purposes.
  • Work with a diverse range of clients, including property developers, investors, and large corporate businesses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored valuation solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide accurate and informed valuations.

Requirements:
  • RICS registered valuer with experience in loan security work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
