Key Responsibilities:- Client Support: Provide exceptional client service by attending meetings, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
- Administrative Support: Manage client data, prepare application forms, and maintain accurate records on XPlan and other associated systems.
- Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with Wealth Planners to coordinate central services, such as paraplanning, valuations, and business processing.
- Continuous Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices by undertaking relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities.
- Financial Planning Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the end-to-end Financial Planning process and knowledge of Financial Planning products.
- Technical Skills: Experience with XPlan and other associated systems would be beneficial.
