Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Team Leader to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure seamless workflows.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff, managing inventory, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Operate and maintain forklift and warehouse equipment
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full 5-year clean work history and DBS check
- Counterbalance forklift licence (refreshed within the last 2 years)
- Reach truck licence and X-ray operator experience (training available)
