About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Finance Solicitor to join our team as a Senior Associate. As a key member of our Infrastructure Finance team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on complex transactions, including acquisition financings and refinancings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Management: Lead and manage the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of infrastructure finance transactions, including acquisition financings and refinancings.
  • Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of infrastructure finance, particularly in areas like bank lending, European institutional funding, US private placements, and structured financing platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial sponsors and other clients, acting as their designated funder counsel.
  • Collaborative Work Environment: Work closely with other practice areas within the firm and coordinate with international offices on cross-border transactions.
  • Supervision and Mentorship: Take on supervisory responsibilities, mentoring junior associates and trainees.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor with experience in infrastructure finance, including acquisition financings and refinancings, with a comprehensive understanding from both the lender and sponsor sides.
