Job Title: Head Waiter

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter to join our team at a 2 Michelin Star Restaurant in Southwest London. As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele, ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of waiters and waitresses to ensure excellent service standards
  • Take ownership of table service, including wine and menu recommendations
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, wine list, and restaurant operations
  • Ensure timely and efficient service, minimizing wait times and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a fine dining restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of wine and fine dining etiquette
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £35,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work in a prestigious 2 Michelin Star Restaurant in Southwest London.
