Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and clean station environment, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
  • Participate in the safe running of trains and a safe station environment by complying with procedures and guidelines.
  • Promote relevant marketing literature and information to customers, enhancing their experience and engagement with our services.
Requirements
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing customers in challenging environments, with a strong ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, and to live in the local area to ensure timely attendance.
