Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Domestic Support Assistant to join our team at St Edmunds. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, clean, and healthy environment for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a residential or home care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our service users.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on promoting independence and well-being.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
