Senior/Principal Structural Design Engineer

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Warrington. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects up to £20 million, spanning commercial structures, public sector structures, rail, domestic, and temporary works design. You will also mentor and guide junior engineers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and mentor a team of Engineers and Technicians
* Manage projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
* Conduct site surveys, inspections, and prepare reports
* Oversee and review structural designs, including calculations
* Liaise with clients and manage project scope
* Prepare tenders, fee proposals, and develop client relationships

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary: £40,000 to £60,000 (DOE)

**Requirements**

* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Senior: 4+ years' experience; Principal: 8+ years' experience

* Full UK driving licence
