About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail team in Carmarthen as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Utilize our market-leading sleep technology, Sleepmatch, to help customers choose the right mattress for their needs.
  • Contribute to the overall appearance and organization of the store, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A positive and engaging personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The determination and motivation to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • A willingness to learn and develop skills, with a focus on becoming a Bed Expert.
  • Flexibility to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
