Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to join our team at The One Group. As an Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing electronic equipment, as well as troubleshooting and diagnosing faults.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assemble, maintain, and repair electronic equipment, including circuit boards and other electronic components.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electronic systems and equipment.
    • Use diagnostic tools and test equipment to identify and resolve issues.
    • Work in a development environment, providing technical support and assistance to engineers and other team members.
    • Read and interpret schematic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
    • Perform discrete component level rework and repair.
    • Work with very small package components, including 0201, QFPs, and others.
    • Implement ESD protection measures to prevent damage to electronic components.
    • Develop and maintain strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Utilize PC literacy, including Windows and MS Office, to support technical tasks.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong knowledge of electronic systems and components.
    • Experience with soldering and rework stations.
    • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and test equipment.
    • Solid electronics technical support experience in a development environment.
    • Able to read schematic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
    • Discrete component level rework and repair experience.
    • Experience with very small package components.
    • ESD protection awareness.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Good PC literacy, including Windows and MS Office.
