Advanced Resource Managers – Chichester, West Sussex

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking an experienced Assembly Planner to join their team in Chichester. This is a 12-month rolling contract, inside IR35. The successful candidate will work on-site, 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Build team to drive process improvement and equipment management.
  2. Manage budgets and timescales for assembly procurement, ensuring seamless execution.
  3. Review and implement changes to the assembly process, ensuring accurate communication to the assembly line.
  4. Support the quality team with upcoming audits, maintaining high standards.
  5. Monitor the Health & Safety of the assembly team, ensuring up-to-date risk assessments.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs for junior staff, contractors, and students.
  7. Manage vendors and suppliers, supporting their assembly and equipment needs.
  8. Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing engineering.
  9. A degree in Automotive or Manufacturing, or equivalent, is required.
