About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing products, using mechanical tools, completing non-specialist welding and soldering, and basic CAD design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and modify experimental equipment comprising of pipes / pumps
  • Order materials and consumables, liaising with suppliers
  • Occasional overseas travel to oversee installations
  • Involvement in the design and testing of new products
Requirements
  • Production Technician or similar experience
  • Mechanical assembly experience, including pipes / pumps
  • Basic CAD design skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
