About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Head to join our team at H&M Group. As a Department Head, you will be responsible for overseeing a department to support the Sales and Profit of the store and delivering a Customer First Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead with a vision to secure the best experience for all our colleagues and customers.
- You will evaluate your team's performance, provide regular feedback, and support succession through their development and training.
- You will analyze and follow up on Sales & Profit KPI's for your department.
- You will ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security are in accordance with H&M standards and local laws to always secure all employees and customers safety.
Requirements
- You should have management experience in a customer-facing environment.
- You should have previous experience of leading and managing teams.
- You should have a passion for profitability and people.
- You should have a Customer-first mindset.
