About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our services in South Wales, Bristol, Portsmouth, Reading, Devon & North Somerset.

This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel to the services you support and some home working. You will have use of a desk and office facilities at one of our local services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in all employee relation matters, including TUPE transfers.
  • Implement HR initiatives aligned with overall business requirements, driving talent retention and development.
  • Support the performance appraisal process and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers.
  • Analyse HR data to predict and diagnose organisational issues, developing solutions to drive HR excellence.

You must have a car available for business use and be prepared to stay away overnight on occasion.
