Job Overview

At Tomgandhi Consulting Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop connectivity applications
  • Resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Document and track incidents, problems, and changes using ITSM ticketing tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL V2 or V3 and certification in MCP/MSCE/MSCA or HDI CSS or Cisco
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Exchange, and ITSM ticketing tools
