About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill in Plymouth. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of service quality, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, drinks, and services to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Maximize opportunities to sell and upsell, promoting our premium products and services.
  • Ensure the highest standards of health and safety, food safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
