Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Chilled Department

Job Summary:

Challenge-trg Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team in the chilled department. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking and packing items using a voice-activated pick system, operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP), and contributing to performance and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing items in the chilled department using a voice-activated pick system
  • Operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) with full training provided
  • Contributing to performance and productivity targets set by the company
  • Picking and packing meat and alcohol products

Shift and Pay Information:

The shift available is 6am to 2pm, either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. The pay rate for this position is £12.45 to £19.51 per hour, with a fixed overtime rate of £18.68 per hour over 37.5 hours per week.
