Your Responsibilities

  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold all cleaning, hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including COSHH and company HR policies.
  • Quality Assurance: Supervise the execution of cleaning tasks, waste management, and record-keeping. Ensure the precision of daily and monthly checklists.
  • Collaboration & Development: Participate in team meetings, contribute to improvement initiatives, mentor colleagues, and adhere to departmental protocols.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in response to varying work demands.
  • Technical Knowledge: Exhibit proficiency in the use of cleaning agents and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a cleaning position, ideally within an industrial setting.
  • Strong focus on quality.
  • Ability to think logically.
  • Practical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
  • Able to work collaboratively and foster positive team morale.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, as communication is crucial for this role.
