Your Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold all cleaning, hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including COSHH and company HR policies.
- Quality Assurance: Supervise the execution of cleaning tasks, waste management, and record-keeping. Ensure the precision of daily and monthly checklists.
- Collaboration & Development: Participate in team meetings, contribute to improvement initiatives, mentor colleagues, and adhere to departmental protocols.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in response to varying work demands.
- Technical Knowledge: Exhibit proficiency in the use of cleaning agents and procedures.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a cleaning position, ideally within an industrial setting.
- Strong focus on quality.
- Ability to think logically.
- Practical skills.
- Effective communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
- Able to work collaboratively and foster positive team morale.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, as communication is crucial for this role.
