Job Title: Strategic Engagement Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Engagement Manager to join our team at Volunteering Matters. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to engage with diverse communities and stakeholders, with a focus on building strong relationships and promoting social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote social impact and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop opportunities for community engagement and social impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to promote social impact and community engagement
  • Develop and implement volunteer management strategies to engage and retain volunteers
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement strategies and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in community engagement, volunteer management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social impact and community development principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
