Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to support our staffing needs on a temporary basis. As an independent contractor, you will play a crucial role in helping us identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our management team and HR department to understand their hiring requirements and develop a strategic approach to meet those needs.
  • Design and implement an effective hiring process, including sourcing qualified candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Utilize your professional network and industry expertise to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with professional organizations and communities to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Present qualified candidates to our hiring teams and assist with the interview process.
  • Provide guidance to our hiring managers to ensure they make informed decisions about candidate selection.
  • Compile and analyze data on hiring progress and recruitment metrics to inform our future hiring strategies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
  • Proven success in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Industry-specific hiring experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and HR systems.
  • Knowledge of effective hiring practices, including social media recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
