Job Title: Crane Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Crane Automation Specialist to join our team at Human Engineering. As a key member of our offshore, ports, and shipping team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems for cranes and lifting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation systems for cranes and lifting equipment
  • Implement and maintain PLC and drive systems
  • Provide technical support and fault-finding services for electrical, PLC, and drive systems
  • Assist in the preparation of automation project documentation and certification packages
  • Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance of electrical, PLC, and drive systems
  • Knowledge of Siemens PLCs, VFD/VSD drives, and their interaction with PLCs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Project, Excel, and Word
  • Good understanding of HSEQ requirements offshore
