Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships: Establish empathetic and effective relationships with children, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Work closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other professionals to ensure the accurate implementation of personalized educational plans.
  • Support Materials: Create and adapt support materials to empower children to thrive in a mainstream classroom setting and foster an engaging and stimulating learning environment.

Position Details:

  • Role: Learning Support Assistant
  • Location: Salisbury
  • Salary: £80 - £95 per day
  • Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with additional needs, working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure the accurate implementation of personalized educational plans. You will also be responsible for creating and adapting support materials to empower children to thrive in a mainstream classroom setting.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a caring, patient, and dedicated nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs and abilities of each child.
